Emperor Annex wants to leave for Zaboom while appointing Charme and Icelander as authority. Icelander suspiciously relinquishes control to Charme. Icelander suggests if Emperor leaves openly, then they might look weak and hence suggests to attack earth as a cover while Emperor leaves secretly for Zaboom. Charme leads the attack on earth but Xenos 5 counter-attacks the homeship again. Xenos 5 wins the battle and successfully dents the homeship. Emperor meanwhile still in the solar system watches the battle secretly.
